I want to go canoeing on the C&O too!!!! It looks like great fun. The last time I went canoeing was at Disneyland around Tom Sawyer's Island, does that count? The first time I want canoeing was when I was a young girl. I went with my Girl Scout troupe. I think I was about 9 or 10 years old. We went to some place in Saratoga, and we earned a badge for our efforts.
